Our Creative Photography courses are about your images and how to give them impact, about capturing that WOW factor. A creative photography course is an adventure and you'll have fun making images which explore the essentials of light and time, pushing your photography to new levels.

They are designed for photographers who want to improve their compositional skill, technique and camera craft, to master control of light and get to grips with metering and filtration, but all from the creative perspective of making better images.

With clear and practical tuition, we’ll help you to grasp the technical aspects of photography so that, over time, these become second nature freeing you up to concentrate on what you're photographing without having to worry about camera settings. No question is to simple or too silly and our focus will be on helping you and giving you the confidence to carry on improving your photography after you leave us.

And with two tutors on most courses we have time for you as an individual as well as teaching you as a group.

"It takes a lot of imagination to be a good photographer. You need less imagination to be a painter, because you can invent things. But in photography everything is so ordinary; it takes a lot of looking before you learn to see the ordinary."
